Worst customer support ever!

The customer service is the worst!
First of all it's impossible to reach customer service and when you do, you're lucky if you find an agent that actually wants to help you and not keep you on hold for as long as possible (hoping you will just leave and give up hope)

Was overcharged and not been refunded…

Was overcharged and not been refunded to date, the agent was rude and didn't deliver all goods that were paid for, so maybe glovo hires thieves or people of questionable character, their customer support are quick to dismiss you and close the query without solving the problem. Glovo should invest in training their agents and customer support teams, the prices and names of items are different and not coordinated with the supermarket. Poor payment system especially when paying with Visa card, they don't update their product offering with what's available in store. Glovo should coordinate better with the service providers to offer exemplary services. They should improve their payment system and offer support to clients end to end when an overcharge occurs, they should get their agents and ensure they provide a certificate of good conduct since to avoid stealing of paid for purchases especially when you've bought many things.

Horrible and rude riders

Horrible and rude riders. I ordered with Glovo and the rider called me to tell me that the app sent him to a different address and that I should come and collect the food from there. Whilst I was trying to find a way to give him the location that I have put in my order so he can deliver it to me, he was telling me how he is waiting for me, that I have x amount of minutes to give him the address or else he will cancel my order and leave my food on the street. Not to mention, that the person who was supposed to deliver my order had a profile photo of a woman, but the actual delivery was done by a guy. Avoid at all costs.

Once you pay, they dissapear.

Once you pay, they drop your phone calls even if your order is wrong or bad, the delivery guy just wont answer. These people are of very low standards.
AVOID USING AT ANY COST! its much better to take a cab and bring it yourself. Hell, its better to pay a cab driver to bring it.
The delivery guys are HORRIBLE PEOPLE! DO NOT USE!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, closes tickets while they sent my food to a completely wrong location. Or no response at all while food is late for an hour with no info did anybody pick it up at all.
If you want anything delivered to you with certainty - avoid Glovo.

At first the app was fine

At first the app was fine. I was able to make two purchases. On the same day which was today. I ordered sushi for dinner. Not even an hr after receiving my food. I wanted to order again. Some cake from another place. However it said something was wrong. I contacted support and they asked to see my passport and visa. I sent a picture of my visa (first 6 digits and the last 4 digits)
They then terminated my account and refuse to re-activate it.
I did nothing wrong to go against the terms and conditions. So they did this with no reason. It feels like a scam. They didn’t help at all.

Customer support is a joke

I've been using Glovo for long time, never had problems. Gave them a lot of money to be fair. But... When I had problem with my order once, I asked them to cancel and refund cuz courier went to wrong building and I don't want my food cold... So they keep copy paste me messages like talking with a BOT. I uninstalled the app and never use it again. Would not recomment to anyone cuz they don't care about you

Awful customer experience

Awful customer experience. Ordered a vegetarian dish and it came with chicken all in it and they didn't even seem to care. I had nothing to eat for dinner and had to try and throw some leftovers together that night.

Don’t ever buy Glovo Prime! It’s a HUGE fraud!

I have bought a Prime Subscription and only a day after Glovo blocked my account and the customer support rejected my reactivation request. More so, they provided no explanation whatsoever on why exactly was my account deactivated even after providing my ID details (even after several tries of finding out what happened no customer support officer provided me with any information) On top of all of that they refuted to reimburse my payment for the Prime subscription and told me that I can’t use my account anymore. The way the system works is just ridiculous and the customer service is very poor!
